• A Business Architect has not traditionally done as well in this space due to need for technical depth
• Scott (customer) himself owns the Business of IT
  • Opportunity for taking technical and business things off his plate
  • Scott is running the Aptio implementation himself
  • Junior EA opp, as per one of the managers
• Currently his team is understaffed by 1 due to performance and that’s what has created this role.
